Lic. Elizabeth C. Ruiz M.
Registered dietitian-nutritionist in La Paz with 20 years of experience in clinical and sports nutrition. I work with children, teens, and adults on diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and pregnancy — plans adapted to each person.
Beyond one-on-one care, I've worked in health prevention programs, assessments for clinics, companies and schools, and community workshops on healthy eating.
My approach: realistic, evidence-based plans built on what you already eat and what you can sustain — not on prohibitions.
What patients say
After years of diets that never stuck, the plan we built together was the first one I could actually keep up with. My glucose numbers improved by the second month.
Elizabeth guided me through all three trimesters with clear, realistic recommendations. I got to delivery with my energy and check-ups right on track.
What I appreciate most is that the plan adapted to my actual routine, not the other way around. The regular check-ins kept me consistent.
